Snehyog, established in August 2022, promotes overall physical, mental, and spiritual health through daily sequences of simple asanas. Our goal is to foster internal and external well-being and happiness. Our practices include mindful breathing, pranayamas, Surya namaskars, asanas, relaxation, and meditation.

Neha Khanduri, the founder of Snehyog, completed her yoga certification in August 2022 at the Bodhi School of Yoga, Hyderabad. Inspired by the natural healing power of breath and asana practice, she began promoting health and wellness immediately after her certification. Neha is both a dedicated practitioner and an instructor. Her life motto is, "To be a happy person inside and out, one needs to have a healthy mind." Snehyog offers daily yoga classes to promote overall health, therapeutic sessions for ailments such as diabetes, weight loss, PCOS/PCOD, migraine, and thyroid issues, along with personalized one-on-one sessions and meditation classes.
